National Education Alliance for Borderline Personality Disorder is the nationally recognized organization dedicated to building better lives for millions of Americans affected by Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD). NEABPD works with families and persons in recovery, raises public awareness, provides education to professionals, promotes research and advocates with Congress to enhance the quality of life of those affected by this serious but treatable mental illness. From its inception in 2001, NEABPD has successfully created the international Family Connections program, established BPD Awareness Month through Congress, won awards from both the American Psychiatric Association and the National Alliance on Mental Illness…leveraged the work of renowned research professionals, developed professional education courses and published two major books. NEABPD conducts the only weekly call-in series and hosts the largest media library on borderline personality disorder in the world.
