BPD is a disorder that is often complicated by other disorders. Depression, anxiety, substance abuse, eating disorders, bipolar disorder, PTSD, as well as others. Dr. Elsa Ronningstam, of Harvard MedicalMedical School and McLean Hospital has written an outstanding pamphlet on narcissism. She includes its sometimes co occurrence with BPD and outlines its characteristics in her writing.
